If you have ever attended a wedding reception, luncheon, dinner, bridal shower, or maybe a conference, and you ate a delightfully prepared meal, the person responsible for that is known as an event caterer. An event caterer coordinates food preparation, delivery and presentation to client's guests at an event. To become an event caterer, you must have spent much time learning how to cook or delegating cooks. You will need to get the licenses required in your state to practice. You will also need to recruit people to join you, who must have a proven record of knowing how to cook.
